I've been re-rereading The Midnight Breed series by Lara Adrian.
Why? Because her NEW release, Edge of Dawn, is due out February 26! I cannot wait for Mira's story.
In the first ten books, the Breeds are a race of vampires that live (in secret) alongside humanity. All Breed are born male and mate with a very special woman called a Breedmate, a woman that has a teardrop tattoo somewhere on her body.
In Edge of Dawn, the Breed have come out of the closet, and males are not the only vampires around.
It was really hard deciding which Breed book was my favorite, I had several. Midnight Awakening (Tegan and Elise) was awesome, but then so was Shades of Midnight (Kade and Alex) and Taken by Midnight (Brock and Jenna).
I love (love) how the mighty - nearly indestructible - Breed fall for their fierce Breedmates. Each story is an action packed ride that delivers steamy romance and danger.
Put this awesome series on your To Read List! You won't regret it.
